The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Except for the coffee maker and refrigerator units that the hotel provides, preparation of food in guest rooms, except cottages, by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of $300.00 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, open flames, barbecue grills, burners, heating appliances, or any other item intended for cooking. Cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.
Debit Card Advisory
We gladly accept your use of a debit card for transactions at this resort.
If a debit card is used, your account will be debited at check-in for the projected total amount of room and tax, plus $100.00 per day for incidentals.
These funds will not be available for use from your bank account.
If you check-out earlier than expected or should you pay your charges by other means, the unused amount will be released from your debit card. However,depending on the processor and your bank’s procedures, it could take up to 10 days for the unused amount to be credited back to your account.
This hotel cannot be responsible for any returned check fees associated with your bank account
I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of any charges incurred by all persons occupying the above room number.This hotel is not responsible for articles lost or stolen and any accidents or injuries that occur on the property of This Hotel. I also agree that I am held personally liable for any damages and excess cleaning charges that may occur to the rented room(s) during my stay. This Hotel reserves the right to refuse or shorten my tenancy.
No personal alcohol is to be consumed in the public areas of the Resort.
The undersigned guest will be held liable for any room items discovered missing. A $250.00 penalty is in effect for smoking inside rooms designated as non-smoking. You are responsible for any guests as well.
Pool hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Check-out time is 10 AM on date of departure.
